Reservation Line
We sincerely apologize to anyone who may have encountered errors trying to leave messages on our reservation line or have not received call-backs. We are able to access our messages again, the machine has been cleared, and all messages have been noted. Please take a look at some blanket replies we have for many (but not all) of you:
- If you called to request information regarding the renewal of your season tickets because you were not able to renew them during our June show, please note the costs have not changed and you may pick up a flyer during our October show in the lobby to mail in your payment. UPDATE: You can also download and print the form from our website right here (.PDF format) to mail in with your payment. Unfortunately, at this time it does not look like we will have the ability to renew your season tickets on-the-spot during our October production. This may change if we’re able to find additional volunteers to help us.
- If you called to make or change reservations to a Sunday matinee show, these shows are all first-come, first-serve so do not expect to have any tickets waiting for you. You may sit anywhere you wish and we cannot guarantee a sell-out will not occur. Doors open at 1:30pm so be there at this time if you want to make sure you get a seat!
- Single tickets are held at the box office and no payment will be accepted ahead of time. The reservation line is simply there to tell us to hold a seat open for you, in case we end up selling out. If you do not receive a call-back, your tickets will be held at the door and you can pay when you arrive.
Thank you and we’re looking forward to seeing many of you during “And Then There Were None” opening this Friday night! If you would like to volunteer, just a reminder that you can still contact kaptacy@hotmail.com or coz@thevillageplayers.com.
