Reservation Line Issues (Updated: Fixed)

(Update:  Our reservation line is up and running again.  Please let us know if you encounter any problems.)

If you’ve already tried to reserve tickets in the last week or so, you may have found that our answering machine was not picking up, preventing you from being able to leave your information. Eek! Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience!

We’re trying to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but since we’re not sure exactly how quickly we’ll be able to take messages again, we’ve set up a way for you to reserve your seats through the VPH website.

Just go to our Box Office page, fill out the form, and click SEND. You’ll receive an email confirmation if the message was successfully sent to us.

This is only a temporary solution while the line is being repaired… so if you go to that page and there is no form to fill out, it means our reservation line (215-675-6774) is back up and working.
