Being a member of the Village Players of Hatboro has many perks. Members in good standing enjoy one free viewing of each production per season. They also gain access to annual picnics, vote in board elections, and participate in other events put on by the VPH Membership Committee.
Membership Renewals are due by August 31st of each year.
Membership dues to The Village Players are only $20.00 per person.
Members receive 1 (one) ticket good for entry to the theater for one performance of each the 4 regular season productions.
Member Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the following months: September, December, March, and June. In order to remain in good standing, a member must attend at least one per season.

How does being a member differ from being a season ticket holder?
Season ticket holders get to choose their seat and the night they wish to attend. It remains the same seat for every show. For more information about season tickets, please visit the Box Office page.
Do I have to be a member to act on the Village Players stage?
Yes. As of the 2014-2015 season, we are requiring all actors to become a member. If you are cast in a show, your membership fee is immediately due to your director or via PayPal. Please remember that your membership dues are helpful donations to help us pay for the maintenance and renovations of the theater, helping us make it a beautiful and welcoming place.
What’s expected of members?
The requirements of being a VPH Member in good standing are:
- You have paid your membership dues
- You accrue three membership points over the course of the season
Membership points are accrued by performing any of the following:- Volunteer at least once during the season*
- Attending at least one membership meeting
- Acting in a show (you may use this towards one point per season)
* Acts of volunteering consist of, but are not limited to, assisting in the lobby (handing out programs & ushering), 50/50, concessions, box-office, set construction, stage managing, lights & sound operating, cleaning events, and community outreach events.
