Interested in other ways The Village Players of Hatboro can help? We can print and include program inserts to let your patrons know that proceeds from the performance are being donated to your organization! PLEASE NOTE: Costs for inserts must be paid up-front in addition to the non-refundable deposit and cleaning fee.

The undersigned agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in the Benefit Performance Policy. Additionally, the undersigned acknowledges that the following are due upon booking in order to secure the desired benefit date: - NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $150 - REFUNDABLE cleaning deposit of $100 TOTAL DUE UPON BOOKING: $250 Payment can be remit via cash, check, or online once the Business Manager confirms the availability of the desired date.
